Mn-zn magnetic ring
Mn-zn magnetic ring is a kind of soft ferrite. It belongs to the spinel structure. It is made of iron, manganese and zinc oxides and their salts by ceramic process. It has low coercivity and high initial permeability, due to its low magnetic loss at high frequencies. It is generally used in the frequency range of 1 kHz to 10 MHz. It can make inductor, transformer, filter core and so on.
Magnetic ring characteristics: Mn Zn magnetic rings generally have higher permeability, larger grains, and more compact structure, often black. The general permeability of Ni Zn ferrite magnetic ring is low, fine and small, and it is a porous structure, which is often brown, especially when the sintering temperature is low in the production process.
